1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods. In the case of several goods forming part of a single order that are delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Please send your withdrawal to: kontakt@beamlux.de or to the postal address given above.
2. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may refuse the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In the case of machines or other goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned by normal post, the estimated return costs will be notified separately before the contract is concluded.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods where that diminished value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
3. Exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded in the cases provided for by law, or may expire early. This applies in particular to goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal requirements, provided that the statutory conditions are met. In the case of individually configured laser systems, separate notice is given before the contract is concluded if the right of withdrawal does not exist because of a statutory exception.
4. Model withdrawal form
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please complete this form and send it back.
