First the surface.
Then the right laser cleaning machine.
Rust, paint, oxidation, graffiti, wood or moulds — we find the right laser power for your task.
Laser cleaning you can see.
From rust and paint to industrial residues: see on real components how our laser cleaning machines process different surfaces in a targeted way.

More than a laser cleaning machine.
At Beamlux you do not just receive a laser cleaning machine. We support you from the first material sample and on-site demo through the choice of the right system to training, support and service.
Test it first
A material test up front, an on-site demo and personal support — you see the result before you decide.
Precise laser cleaning
The laser works selectively: laser power and process parameters are matched to the material, the coating and the result you want.
Cleaning without blasting media
Without conventional blasting media and without chemical cleaning agents. A dry process that can be aimed precisely at the area to be processed.
Buy or hire
Invest or hire flexibly — to suit project size, utilisation and budget.
Replacement service
In a service case we support you on request and subject to availability with a replacement machine, in order to keep downtime as short as possible.
Training & support
Instruction, training and technical support help your team to use the system safely and efficiently.
The right laser power
for every application.
From the mobile pulsed laser to the high-power industrial laser cleaning machine and the laser welding machine: choose the right system for your application.

Arrange a callLaser cleaning, machines and costs:
the ten most important answers.
What exactly is laser cleaning?
A laser beam transfers energy to rust, oxides or paint and releases them from the surface — without abrasives and without blasting media.
Which types of contamination can be removed?
Rust, oxide layers, scale, paints, heat tint and process residues are among the typical tasks. Whether a particular combination works is shown by the material test.
Is the process gentle on the material?
With the right settings, yes, above all with pulsed systems. It does not hold true across the board: every material reacts differently, which is why a test area comes first.
Can it remove rust?
Yes, that is the best-known application. How quickly it works depends on the degree of rust — flash rust is a different task from deep corrosion.
Can paint be removed?
Yes, and on a limited area only if required. Speed and result depend on the type of paint, the colour, the coating thickness and the substrate.
Which materials are suitable?
Above all steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper, plus stone, concrete, clinker brick and wood. What is decisive is not the material alone, but its combination with the layer to be removed.
Pulsed laser or CW laser?
Pulsed works more precisely and more gently, continuous wave covers larger areas faster. Which system fits is decided by the task — not by the wattage.
How many watts are needed?
There is no blanket answer to that. Material, contamination, area and the speed you want together determine the power class.
Buy, hire or subcontract?
For a single project the service is often enough, for several jobs hire pays off, and for regular needs a machine of your own.
Laser or sandblasting?
In blasting, a blasting medium acts mechanically; the laser works without contact and only where it is aimed. On very large, robust surfaces blasting can be more cost-effective.
