2. Which personal data we process
We process in particular contact details such as name, address, email address and telephone number, as well as order, payment, delivery and communication data, in so far as these are required for dealing with an enquiry, for the performance of a contract, for delivery, for invoicing or for handling warranty and service cases. If you contact us via Kleinanzeigen, the data you transmit via the platform may be made available to us. Processing by Kleinanzeigen itself is additionally governed by the data protection information of the platform operator.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Processing takes place for the initiation and performance of contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), for the fulfilment of legal obligations, in particular retention obligations under commercial and tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and – where necessary – on the basis of legitimate interests, for example to answer enquiries, to assert or defend against legal claims and for IT security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Processing for advertising purposes takes place only within the scope of the statutory requirements.
4. Recipients
Data may be transmitted to service providers who are engaged for payment processing, shipping and logistics, IT/hosting, accounting, tax advice or legal advice. These service providers receive only the data required for the respective purpose and are, in so far as this is legally required, bound by contract.
5. Transfer to third countries
As Laser Eraser d.o.o. has its registered office in Bosnia and Herzegovina, personal data may be processed outside the European Union/the European Economic Area. In so far as the GDPR is applicable, transfers to third countries are only carried out if the statutory requirements for this are met, in particular on the basis of an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards or a legally permissible derogation. In so far as standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards are required for a specific service provider, these are used in accordance with the statutory requirements.
6. Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as this is required for the respective purposes. After a contract has been completed, data are erased as soon as no statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests in further storage exist. Retention obligations under commercial and tax law may in particular make longer storage necessary.
7. Rights of data subjects
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. In so far as processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, a message to kontakt@beamlux.de is sufficient.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, of your place of work or of the place of the alleged infringement, provided that the statutory requirements for this are met.
9. Obligation to provide data
The provision of personal data is as a rule voluntary. Details required for the conclusion of a contract or the processing of an order must, however, be provided. Without these details, a contract may not be able to be performed.
10. Automated decision-making
Solely automated decision-making, including profiling, with legal effect or similarly significant effect does not take place at BEAMLUX within the scope of the processing described here.
11. Updates
This privacy policy may be amended if the legal, technical or organisational framework changes.
12. Additional information on the operation of this website
The following information relates solely to the technical operation of this website.
Hosting
This website is hosted as a static website with Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). On our behalf, Cloudflare processes data that arise when the website is accessed (in particular the IP address) in order to ensure the delivery of the page content and the security of the infrastructure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of our online offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A contract for data processing on behalf exists with the provider; any transfers to third countries are safeguarded on the basis of the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.
Server log files
Each time the website is accessed, information transmitted by your browser is recorded automatically. This comprises: the page accessed, the date and time, the volume of data transferred, the referrer, the browser type and operating system used, and the IP address. These data serve the technical delivery, the stability and the security and are not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in the address bar of your browser.
Fonts
For a consistent display of fonts, this website uses web fonts that we provide locally on our own server. When the pages are accessed, the font files are loaded exclusively from our server. No connection to servers of Google or other third parties is established; your IP address is not transmitted to third parties for this purpose.
Local storage in the browser (Local Storage)
This website stores small, technically necessary details about your display settings (e.g. the reduction of motion effects and the chosen display variant) in the local storage (Local Storage) of your browser. These details remain on your device, are not transmitted to us or to third parties and serve solely the convenient display of the page. You can delete these data at any time via the settings of your browser. No cookies are set for analysis or advertising purposes.
Contact form
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by telephone, we process the data you provide — in particular your subject, name, company, email address, telephone number, location as well as your additional details and your message — in order to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your enquiry). The data are erased as soon as they are no longer required for achieving the purpose and no statutory retention obligations preclude this.
The dispatch of the form message and our email mailbox are operated via IONOS (IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany).
No tracking or analytics services
This website uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools, no social media plug-ins and no embedded map or video services. No profiling and no automated decision-making take place.
