Buy or hire a laser cleaning machine

Hire or buy
a laser cleaning machine.

Start flexibly — without committing to your own system straight away.

Hire a laser cleaning machine for individual projects, trials or temporary demand, or invest in your own system if you use the technology regularly. Beamlux offers both options and helps you select the right machine.

Hire and purchase

Hire by the day, use by the project or buy.

The most cost-effective option depends on how long you need the machine, how intensively it will be used and how much capital you want to commit. Hire terms depend on the machine, period and application; purchase prices depend on the model and equipment. We quote both options individually.

Choosing a machine

The task first,
then the machine.

Material, contamination, area and frequency of use determine which laser cleaning machine makes sense, whether you hire or buy. For detail cleaning on sensitive components, the portable BL Portable Pulse is available with 200 or 300 W of pulsed laser power. For workshops and longer cleaning runs, the wheeled BL Compact Pulse is designed for mobile in-house use.

For larger areas, production and maintenance, the BL CW 2000 provides 2,000 W of continuous-wave laser power. According to the product catalogue, CW systems can remove rust and paint from aluminium, alloys, copper, iron, steel and stainless steel. If you also need welding and cutting, the BL Welding Machine combines welding, cutting, weld-seam cleaning and rust removal in one system.

We identify the right power class through a needs analysis and, if required, a live demonstration on site or by video consultation. Availability of hire machines for your preferred period is confirmed with your enquiry.

Buy without paying
for everything at once.

There is a third option between short-term hire and an outright purchase: leasing and hire-purchase models can spread the cost of your own system across predictable monthly instalments. Tax treatment depends on the contract model and your individual circumstances; terms are available on request.

We remain your point of contact after handover. Wear parts such as protective windows, lenses and laser safety eyewear are available through our service, together with extraction technology for process-related dust, particles and emissions. If a fault occurs, our technical support team works to help minimise downtime.

Request advice
Can I have the hire cost credited against a purchase?+

Yes. If you decide to buy after the hire period, the hire costs already paid can be credited pro rata against the purchase price.

What happens if there is a fault?+

If a service issue occurs, we can provide a replacement machine by arrangement and subject to availability to help keep potential downtime as short as possible.

Is training included?+

Machine instruction is included with every hire and purchase. Your team learns operation, relevant safety procedures and suitable machine settings. Additional training is available by arrangement.

Can I test the machine on my own material first?+

Absolutely. Send us a sample or arrange an on-site demonstration. You can assess the result on your own application before committing.
