The figures come from the Beamlux technical data sheet. Because of the higher pulse energy compared with the portable model, particular caution and precise adjustment of the parameters are called for on very soft or sensitive substrates.

Tools and moulds
Industrial tools and injection moulds are among the typical tasks. The pulsed beam loosens residues layer by layer, without blasting media being left behind in cavities and bores.

Heavy rust and oxide layers
With considerably more pulse energy than the portable model, the Compact Pulse also removes heavy rust and oxide layers. On larger areas, coating removal and paint removal are part of the job.

Before welding and bonding
Before welding or bonding processes, the surface is prepared and roughened. Oils, greases and stubborn production residues are removed at the same time.
