BL Portable Pulse
Mobile laser cleaning machine with pulsed laser technology for precise, localised cleaning tasks.
| Design | Portable · carrying strap |
| Laser type | Pulsed |
| Power class | 200 / 300 W |
| Wavelength | 1064 nm |
| Use | Precision cleaning · mobile applications |
| Scope of delivery | Digital cleaning head |
| Price | from €14,900 plus VAT |
The machine can be operated from a battery, so outdoor work does not necessarily require a mains lead. The cleaning head scans on two axes; the catalogue specifies a scan field of up to 245 × 245 mm and a cleaning speed of up to 30,000 mm/s. The system is air-cooled, and an annular air knife helps direct dust away from the optics.
BL CW 2000
Powerful 2,000 W continuous-wave laser cleaning machine for industrial applications, larger areas, production and maintenance.
| Design | Wheeled · 4 castors |
| Laser type | Continuous wave (CW) |
| Laser power | 2000 W |
| Wavelength | 1064 nm |
| Equipment | Hose reel · signal tower |
| Scope of delivery | Factory-fitted Beamlux headset |
| Price | from €13,500 plus VAT |
The cleaning head is guided by hand and the machine is water-cooled. According to the product catalogue, it is designed for demanding industrial use and rapid rust removal on large metal surfaces. Listed equipment includes a rectangular blow-off system and the UMW R&D control system. The CW series is available with 1,500, 2,000, 3,000 and 6,000 W; the model shown here is the 2,000 W version. The catalogue lists rust and paint removal from aluminium, alloys, copper, iron, steel and stainless steel without the need for chemical cleaning agents in the laser process.

BL Compact Pulse
Wheeled laser cleaning machine with pulsed laser technology for workshops, industrial use and longer cleaning runs.
| Design | Wheeled · 4 castors |
| Laser type | Pulsed |
| Power class | 200 / 300 W |
| Wavelength | 1064 nm |
| Use | Workshop · longer cleaning runs |
| Scope of delivery | Digital cleaning head |
| Price | from €16,900 plus VAT |
| On request | 1,000 W version |
The pulsed laser technology and standard power classes correspond to the portable model; the difference is the machine format. The low-maintenance system stands on four castors instead of being carried and is designed for workshop use and longer cleaning runs. A 1,000 W version is available on request where higher power is required.
BL Welding Machine
Wheeled fibre-laser welding machine for welding, cutting, weld-seam cleaning and rust removal. Available in power classes from 1,500 to 6,000 W.
| Design | Wheeled · water-cooled |
| Laser type | Fibre laser · continuous wave |
| Power class | 1500 / 2000 / 3000 / 6000 W |
| Functions | Welding · cutting · weld-seam cleaning · rust removal |
| Materials | Steel · stainless steel · galvanised sheet · aluminium |
| Welding head | Double-swivelling, with two motors and lenses |
| Weld seam | Depending on the material, seam geometry and parameter settings, post-processing can be reduced. |
| Price | from €12,600 plus VAT (1,500 – 3,000 W) |
| On request | 6,000 W version |
According to the product catalogue, the water-cooled design provides high cooling capacity, low susceptibility to faults, fast processing, low component distortion and suitability for automated processes. The double-swivelling welding head with two motors and lenses helps adapt the system to different tasks, while parameters can be adjusted through the control system without lengthy reconfiguration.

Down to the last detail.

All models at a glance.
The product catalogue provides a compact overview of technical data, power classes and application areas for our laser cleaning machines and laser welding machines.
It lists seven versions in total — more than are shown on this page — including additional air- and water-cooled models and power ratings from 100 to 6,000 W.
We will find the right model for your application.
Material, contamination, area and frequency of use determine which laser cleaning machine makes sense. We compare the available power classes against your actual application.
Cooling is another key difference: the portable model is air-cooled, while the BL CW 2000 and the laser welding machine are water-cooled.
Precision work
Sensitive components, detailed cleaning and mobile applications → BL Portable Pulse 300 W.
Continuous use
Larger areas, production and longer operating periods → BL Compact Pulse or BL CW.
Test first
Not sure which system fits? Material test and on-site demonstration → test before you decide.
