Laser cleaning as a service & subcontract work
For individual or recurring orders, we process suitable components in our workshop. That way you use laser cleaning as a service without investing in a system of your own straight away.
Before the first order you can send us a sample part: we test the appropriate laser cleaning on it and assess the result, so that you see it before you commit. We work without conventional blasting media and without chemical cleaning agents — a dry process that can be directed precisely at the area to be processed.

Advice on laser cleaning machines
Would you like to integrate laser cleaning into your processes permanently? We analyse the application, the material and the power required, and support you in choosing the right laser cleaning machine.
Which machine and which power class make sense is determined by material, contamination, area and frequency of use. Fine work on sensitive components calls for different power classes than large areas in continuous use: from the portable BL Portable Pulse with 200 or 300 W, through the wheeled BL Compact Pulse, to the CW laser cleaning machine BL CW 2000 with 2,000 W of laser power.

Training and instruction for laser cleaning machines
Working with high-power lasers calls for expertise and clear safety standards. We get you and your team ready for day-to-day operation.
A short instruction session of roughly one to three hours is included with every hire and every purchase. Your team learns operation, occupational safety and the appropriate parameters directly on the machine. Further training is available by arrangement and at additional cost.

Maintenance & support for laser cleaning machines
Our service does not end with the purchase. We remain your point of contact so that your machine stays ready for use.
In a service case we can provide a replacement machine by arrangement and subject to availability, in order to keep possible downtime short. With protective eyewear, pay attention to the wavelength: our laser cleaning machines operate at 1064 nm.

Depending on the version, our laser systems can produce laser radiation of laser class 4. Before commissioning, an application-specific risk assessment and a defined laser area are therefore part of the process; under the OStrV, the employer is in principle required to appoint a laser safety officer when operating such systems, provided the statutory conditions for this are met. Laser safety goggles only protect if they are suitable for the wavelength and the expected power — welding goggles are not an adequate substitute. Which filter and extraction technology is required depends on the material being processed and the emissions produced. You will find the detailed information under laser safety.

You do not have to fund the purchase all at once. We offer leasing and hire-purchase models. This spreads the investment across predictable monthly instalments.
If you would like to try it out first, hire: by the day, by the week or by the project. The hire costs can be credited pro rata against a later purchase.
