Material, contamination, area and frequency of use determine which laser cleaning machine makes sense — whether you hire or buy. For detail cleaning on sensitive components, the portable BL Portable Pulse with 200 or 300 W of pulsed laser power is intended; for the workshop and longer cleaning runs, the wheeled BL Compact Pulse.
Larger areas, production and maintenance are covered by the BL CW 2000 with 2,000 W of laser power in continuous wave operation. According to the product catalogue, the CW laser removes rust and paint from aluminium, alloys, copper, iron, steel and stainless steel. Anyone who wants to join and cut as well as clean will find welding, cutting, weld seam cleaning and rust removal combined in the BL Welding Machine.

Buy without paying
for it all at once.
Between hire and purchase there is a third route: we offer leasing and hire purchase models that spread the cost of a system of your own over predictable monthly instalments. The tax treatment depends on the contract model and on your individual situation; we will quote the terms on request.
We also remain your point of contact after handover: wear parts such as protective windows, lenses and laser safety goggles are available through our service, as is extraction technology to capture process-related dust, particles and emissions. In the event of a fault, technical support helps with the aim of keeping downtime short.

Yes. If you decide to buy after the hire period, we credit the hire costs already paid pro rata against the purchase price.
What happens if there is a fault?+
Downtime costs money. In a service case we can provide a replacement machine by arrangement and subject to availability, in order to keep possible downtime as short as possible.
Is training included?+
An instruction session is included with every hire and every purchase. Your team learns operation, occupational safety and the right parameters on the machine. Further training is available by arrangement.
