BL Portable Pulse
Mobile laser cleaning machine with pulsed laser technology for precise, spot-specific cleaning tasks.
| Design | Portable · with carrying strap |
| Laser type | Pulsed (Pulse) |
| Power class | 200 / 300 W |
| Wavelength | 1064 nm |
| Use | Fine cleaning · Mobile |
| Scope of delivery | with digital head unit |
| Price | from €14,900 plus VAT |
The machine can be run on a battery; for work outdoors this means no mains lead is needed. The cleaning head scans on two axes; for this the catalogue states a scan field of up to 245 × 245 mm and a cleaning speed of up to 30,000 mm/s. Cooling is by air, and an annular air knife blows the dust away.
BL CW 2000
Powerful laser cleaning machine with a 2,000 W CW laser for industrial applications, larger areas, production and maintenance.
| Design | Wheeled · 4 castors |
| Laser type | Continuous wave (CW) |
| Laser power | 2000 W |
| Wavelength | 1064 nm |
| Equipment | Hose reel · signal tower |
| Scope of delivery | factory-fitted with Beamlux headset |
| Price | from €13,500 plus VAT |
The cleaning head is guided by hand and the machine is water-cooled. According to the catalogue it is intended for heavy industrial use and for rapid rust removal on large metal surfaces. The equipment features listed are a rectangular blow-off system and the UMW R&D control system. The series is listed with 1,500, 2,000, 3,000 and 6,000 W; shown here is the 2,000 W version. Rust and paint are removed from aluminium, alloys, copper, iron, steel and stainless steel, without harmful chemicals being needed for it.

BL Compact Pulse
Wheeled laser cleaning machine with pulsed laser technology for the workshop, industry and longer cleaning runs.
| Design | Wheeled · 4 castors |
| Laser type | Pulsed (Pulse) |
| Power class | 200 / 300 W |
| Wavelength | 1064 nm |
| Use | Workshop · Continuous operation |
| Scope of delivery | with digital head unit |
| Price | from €16,900 plus VAT |
| On request | 1,000 W version |
Pulsed laser technology and power class correspond to the portable model; the difference lies in the design. The low-maintenance machine stands on four castors and is wheeled rather than carried — it is designed for workshop operation, continuous use and longer cleaning runs. Where more power is needed, a 1,000 W version is available on request.
BL Welding Machine
Wheeled fibre laser welding machine for welding, cutting, weld seam cleaning and selected cleaning tasks. Available in different power classes from 1,500 to 6,000 W.
| Design | Wheeled · water-cooled |
| Laser type | Fibre laser · continuous wave |
| Power class | 1500 / 2000 / 3000 / 6000 W |
| Functions | Welding · cutting · weld seam cleaning · rust removal |
| Materials | Steel · stainless steel · galvanised sheet · aluminium |
| Welding head | double swivelling (two motors and lenses) |
| Weld seam | Depending on the material, the seam geometry and the parameter settings, the amount of post-processing can be reduced. |
| Price | from €12,600 plus VAT (1,500 – 3,000 W) |
| On request | 6,000 W version |
The features named by the product catalogue are the high cooling capacity of the water-cooled design, low susceptibility to faults, fast working, little distortion in the component and suitability for automated processes. The double-swivelling welding head with two motors and lenses makes it easier to adapt to different tasks, and the settings themselves can be changed via a control system without a lengthy set-up.

Down to the last detail.

All models at a glance.
Technical data, power classes and fields of use for our laser cleaning machines and laser welding machines are set out compactly in the product catalogue.
The product catalogue lists seven versions in total and therefore more variants than are shown on this page — among them further air- and water-cooled models as well as power ratings from 100 to 6,000 W.
We will find your model.
Material, contamination, area and frequency of use determine which laser cleaning machine makes sense. We compare the available power classes against your specific application.
Another distinguishing feature is the type of cooling: the portable model works air-cooled, while the BL CW 2000 and the laser welding machine are water-cooled.
Fine work
Sensitive components, detail cleaning, mobile → BL Portable Pulse 300 W.
Continuous use
Large areas, production, continuous use → BL Compact Pulse or BL CW.
